Every day is thoughtfully designed to blend arts, movement, leadership, and local explorationgiving kids the chance to create, move, and belong.
Our Leaders
We’re passionate about creating meaningful summer camps, and after school year round enrichment opportunities, and workshops for ages 7-12 that inspire creativity, confidence, and connection. From performing arts and multimedia to athletics and personal development, our programs are designed to empower, build confidence, learn leadership and relationship building with real-world skills, self-expression, and a sense of community.

Abigail "Abbey" Pearson
Abigail “Abbey” Pearson is a leadership mentor, educator, and co-founder of Encore PA and S’Utah Youth Workshops & Camps. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and is a dedicated teacher who specializes in helping young people build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
Abbey has led immersive youth experiences across the U.S. and internationally, including Japan, Colorado, and Utah.
An American Red Cross First Aid certified leader, Abbey prioritizes both the emotional and physical well-being of every participant. Abbey is also a proud mother of four.

Heather Victoria
Heather Victoria is a multimedia producer, director, performer, and talent coach originally from New York City, founder of One West Agency in Utah, and co-founder of S’Utah Youth Workshops & Camps. With over 20 years of experience as a executive in advertising, media, and fashion and as a professional commercial actress, she helps young people build confidence on stage, on camera, and in life.
Now based in Southern Utah, Heather leads immersive workshops and adventure-based experiences with over a decade guiding youth/adults and teaching media, performance, and public speaking.
She is CPR and American Red Cross certified, and served as an NYPD Mounted Auxiliary Peace Officer. A lifelong Girl Scout and proud mom of two daughters.
